spring-cloud-starter-gateway 传递引入的 spring-boot-starter-logging （log4j-to-slf4j）与显式声明的 spring-boot-starter-log4j2 （log4j-slf4j2-impl）互相冲突，导致 gateway 启动即抛出 log4j-slf4j2-impl cannot be present with log4j-to-slf4j。 与 services/pom.xml 惯例一致，排除默认 logging starter。
